The Service
Just a Footnote is a personal journaling app. We provide it as-is and make no guarantees about uptime or data retention beyond our best efforts.
Your Content
You own your journal entries. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for what you write.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Stripe (web). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
